I bring a fresh perspective to the coaching field with a Masters Degree in Organizational Development from Antioch University Seattle and an ICF accredited coaching certificate from University of Texas at Dallas. I recognize that all aspects of life are connected and you cannot truly advance in any one area without awareness of all the others.

 

As a young professional with experience at both non-profits and large corporations, my passions are to support other young professionals with their career strategy and parents with their amazing journey and the work life balance it requires.  As a mother of two I am aware of how with children the pressure increases to find peace and balance. It is another passion of mine to support other parents in all aspects of their lives.
